Wheatland Democrats Forums  Wheatland Democ...  General Discuss...  Anonymous letter - SHAMEFUL!   Previous   Next    3/1/2008 4:42 PM  saucier 6 posts Anonymous letter - SHAMEFUL!  On Friday, I received an anonymous letter in the mail - I am sure many of you did too.  This letter attacks "our current Democratic Will County Chairman" and Larry Walsh.  The letter was poorly argued, filled with typographical and grammatical errors and unhelpful on the issues.  In short, it was nothing more than a hatchet job. The most disturbing part was that it was signed "Your fellow concerned democrat."  An anonymous attack letter - what a cowardly act!  Whoever wrote this should be ashamed for not having the courage to put their name to their own words.  Such a tactic has no place in the Democratic Party at this time (or any other, frankly). If a candidate was responsible for this, and I am SURE the person WILL BE identified at some point, then they really have no business in any position of leadership in the party. I speak for myself, but I am appalled and disappointed. Brian D. Saucier, 38th Pct.
